Cut in Erasmus scolarships

Erasmus students in Italy released a video protesting the cut in scholarships erasmus in Spain, asking for answers to the Ministry of Education.

It seems to me a good initiative, but perhaps a bit aggressive. Students must fight for their rights, but also be aware of the source of the problems, be informed and try to understand what is happening with the economy and the main reasons for taking such measures. What do you think?
